1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bm999 ("bm999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bm999.bio. 1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bm999 relating to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bm999 platform is intended solely for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify before registering an account or placing any wager.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of bm999 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification

bm999 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, before activating a bonus, or at any point during the account lifecycle. 3 Account Registration & Verification

To access bm999's full range of gaming products and financial services, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to notify bm999 promptly if any of the information associated with your account changes.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any funds held in an account closed for this reason may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active bm999 account at any time. This policy applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. If bm999 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses, free spins, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm999 username and password at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bm999 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you personally — is your responsibility until you formally notify bm999 of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bm999 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and international cards (Visa and Mastercard). All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion from foreign payment methods, where applicable, will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bm999 account in real time.

• bm999 does not charge any processing fee on standard BDT mobile wallet deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are beyond bm999's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by bm999 following successful KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad — 1 to 3 hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days.
• bm999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 5 below being fully met.

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bm999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero, the account is reactivated by the player, or the account is formally closed. Players with dormant accounts will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied where contact details remain valid.

4.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting bm999 support is a breach of these Terms. Where a fraudulent chargeback is identified, bm999 reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, recover any funds already paid out from winnings or bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bm999 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, and to the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a bm999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, and time limit for completion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from the wagering requirement will not count towards the rollover total.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bm999 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, systematic exploitation of welcome offers through duplicate accounts, and coordinated play among multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, bm999 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

• Promotions are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• bm999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bm999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the bm999 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the bm999 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or loophole in the bm999 platform. Any winnings generated through a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards bm999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to bm999's backend systems.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bm999 account to any other person.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bm999 identifies a breach of these user obligations, the following actions may be taken at bm999's sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account; forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings generated during the period of misconduct; recovery of previously paid winnings where fraud or collusion is established; and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the bm999 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the relevant game studios and are available in each game's information panel.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bm999 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules as published in the bm999 Sportsbook Rules will apply. Bets placed on incorrect or corrupted odds will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Disconnections & Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. bm999 is not responsible for losses incurred due to the player's internet connection failing mid-game. Where a technical failure on bm999's own servers results in a game round not being completed, the stake will be refunded to the player's account balance.

7.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games on bm999 are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or other licensed providers). In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer outcome, the studio's recorded footage and game logs are the authoritative source. bm999 support will liaise with the studio on the player's behalf and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bm999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason permitted under these Terms. Common grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of the user obligations in Section 6; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; and player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Any player may request the closure of their bm999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period through the bm999 responsible gaming tools. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Funds

Where an account is closed by bm999 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bm999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure results from the player's own misconduct, winnings generated during the period of misconduct may be voided. Real-money deposits made by the player (excluding any element attributable to exploitation of bonuses or system errors) will be refunded wherever practicable.
